| Contexte | The ETF provides services (advice and assistance) to the European Commission
and a number of the partner countries that receive support from the European
Union’s external relations programmes for the modernisation of human resource
development policies. In the current programming cycle covering the period
2007-2013, the EU’s external assistance programmes are covered by three new
instruments.
The ETF currently works with 29 partner countries (may be extended in the future): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia (FYR), Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey (IPA region); Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Moldova, Morocco, Russian Federation, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, West Bank and Gaza Strip (ENPI region); Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan (DCI region). |
