How to register my CV online?

Through our website, click the button ‘Register’ which you find in the top right corner of the screen. If you register with us for the first time, you first need to choose the option ‘New account’ before you introduce your email address (which will at the same time be your login to access later on your profile) and your password. You need to do this even if in the past you already had been in contact with us and even if your CV is already in our database.


How will my CV be validated?

Your candidacy will be examined and validated by the External Human Talents Department. This evaluation and validation will be based on the information included in your CV that will be attached to your dossier, and also on other additional information which you have introduced in the profile.
 
We do our best to examine all the candidacies as soon as possible.

At the moment of your inscription you will receive a confirmation email. Once the verification of your candidacy has been finished, you will also receive an email which will notify you of the result of this verification. Before that, you will not be able to access your profile.


How to update my profile?

Once your candidacy has been accepted, you have the possibility to access your profile to update your information (personal, professional and contact details and your CV).

Through our website, you just need to click ‘Identify yourself’ in the top right corner of the screen and introduce your email/login (which you have chosen at the moment of registering) and your password (also chosen by yourself). Once you have modified your data/CV you will receive a confirmation email, and then a second one, after your changes have been validated by the Human Talents Department. Before that, you will not have access to your profile.

I have registered in our database, will I receive a proposal for an assignment?

We can not guarantee that you will be offered an assignment. It depends only on the quality of your CV and on the relevance of your expertise. We advise you to closely and regularly follow our vacancies which are daily updated on the website. You can also inscribe to RSS feed to be informed immediately about new opportunities.
 

What should be done if I forgot my username or the password ?

If you forgot your username or the password you can ask the system to send them to you automatically. If however this application does not work, it is still possible to send an email to the email address hr@transtec.be . The department will reply to you in the shortest delay possible.


Can I apply for several missions at the same time ?

It is definitely possible to apply for several missions at the same time, however the periods of execution of those assignments can not be simultaneous.
